Duane,

I cannot seem to find a separate section describing the role that GUIDs will play in ebXML. Perhaps you have it in a document that you have not released yet. Hopefully it will cover the following:

Basic introduction
What are the restrictions on its use and structure.
Diagram showing how will the various aspects of ebXML (TRP,BP, CC, Reg/Rep) will use GUIDs to connect up. (to tie together and supplement the text that is already in the document).
How GUIDs will be used in semantic equivalence mapping.
What is the difference between GUIDs and a data identifier (DI) as described in ISO 11179-3 section 6.1.2?
