Another project that is working on implementing ebXML RegRep is
Open ebXML Laboratory. We have recently restarted our open source regrep 
project
and we now have fulltime staff that works on the impl.

The project is focused on creating a portal UI ontotop of a RegRep 
database with
many different user access methods impl. as portlets.
