[ebxml-msg] LZJU90 Compressed Encoding

Has anyone heard of LZJU90?  I came across it while trying to figure out ways 
to slim ebXML messages down to a size that would be more manageable in high 
volume deployments while still retaining the ability to use SMTP.

I see no implementations other than in C.
