about the eb:Messaging/eb:UserMessage/eb:MessageProperties
element
The eb:Messaging/eb:UserMessage/eb:PayloadInfo element
is required according to the xsd, but in 4.3 line 866 it says the
element is absent in the "Default
P-Mode.businessCollaboration"
The 'default' values in 4.3 all
end with a period. These should not be a part of the value and thus
removed
