        Description

        At the November 8th, 2011 meeting of the Infrastructure Framework

Subcommittee, the members discussed the following topics: 

1. TOPIC: What should be in the DE 2.0 Working Draft zip file in order for

it to effectively support public review and to satisfy needs of the OASIS

staff for processing as a committee specification draft?   (Answer:

Consensus was to approve the zip format uploaded by Jeff which included the

.odt file, the schema in separate files, the supporting schema needed for

validation, two example xml files, and the supporting schema needed for

those examples to validate. This zip then has everything needed to review

and validate the schema and examples. The pdf file was removed because that

will be created by the OASIS staff. The recommendation for the EM TC was to

change the minutes of last meeting to point to the zip. (But the actual

outcome at the EM TC was to reference the new zip in the current minutes

instead with approval.))  

2. TOPIC: Can multiple people help manage the public review issues using

the OASIS tracker management tool (JIRA)?   (Answer: Yes. Martena and Lew

both expressed interest in learning more about JIRA and helping, if time

allowed.
