Description
Latest draft of DE 2.0 specification containing various cleanup fixes  graciously provided by Martena Gooch as well as revised and new sections  1.3.4  Value Lists and Defaults , 1.3.5  Linking Content Objects and Other  DE Components  and 1.3.6  Common Types  addressing public comments EMFW-16,  17, and 18. Also the data dictionary elements utilizing links were updated  to replace explanatory comment text with a simpler reference:  This element  can be the source or destination for a link. See Section 1.3.5.
