Description
Zip containing draft DE 2.0 schema, examples, supporting schema, and latest  specification.  Notable change is the use of the official XLink schema with  the required xlink:type attribute and the double import issue, since HAVE,  CIQ, and GSF all reference earlier versions of xlink utilizing same  namespace.
