Description
Minutes from the IF meeting of April 24th, 2012. At the meeting, the  members discussed the following topics:

 1.  TOPIC EMFW-14 (Signing)

Where should the ?Other? element be placed to  allow signing of DE?  (Answer: Leave where it is and also place at end of  EDXLDistribution wrapper. This is a compromise, allowing the traditional  use of signing content objects but also enabling signing of the entire DE  2.0. The schemas have been adjusted to enable this.)

 2.  TOPIC Cleanup Issues for DE 2.0 Specification Draft:  (Several cleanup  suggestions were discussed and will be implemented in the next draft  specification.)

 3.  TOPIC Summary of Status Implementing Comments:  (We've resolved all the  comments, now we are implementing the comments as tracked in JIRA EMFW-21  down to EMFW-6.  We'll pick up from here next time.)
