Issue changes this morning

1)
I have closed the “proofreading” issues, as they were addressed in WD16
2)
I have created two meta-issues, “281 – More and Better Examples” and “280 Improve references to WS-Calendar for clarity, terminology, and adaptation of inheritance” and moved many issues to be sub-issues of those two.
3)
I have assigned the examples work to Ed and Edgardo to get things started. Comments w/I each issue
4)
Many issues have to do with extended price. I felt we needed one, others did not. If we remove extended price from the outside of the envelopes, those issues can be closed quickly. Discussion?
