Re: [entity-resolution] XML Catalogs 1.1 Committee Specification

Since we already voted to move the draft that Norm produced to 
Committee Draft, I'll give everyone 2 days (i.e., until late 
Wednesday Pacific time) to double-check before starting on the next 
steps to OASIS Standard.
