Just one thing I noticed. The W3C XML Schema uses single quotes for
attributes in some sections, and double quotes in others. I guess that is
just a historical thing, and while it doesn't matter technically, I think
it would be clearer to just normalise them (to double quotes, as in the
RELAX NG schema).
