Regarding Specification: Functional Elements Specification, Committee Draft 2.0

In section 2.5 Identity Management Functional Element, a choice of the SAML protocols (SAML Request and SAML Response) seems to have been made.
While that is one viable option, the specification should also consider the use of WS-Trust.
Ideally the two specs would converge, but in the meantime, the FWSI work would be more useful and applicable if it acknowledged the fact that two viable alternatives to perfrom the same functions existed.
