IBM server updated to support the first
three proposed asymmetric key use cases and partially support the fourth
use case. Details to follow in separate email. Tim to add support once
there is a server to test against, Alan added client support for use cases
8.1 and 8.2 (also asymmetric key functionality) from the original set of
use cases. EMC/RSA assigning engineering resources, aiming to participate
in interop demo at RSA 2011.

Question from Mathias regarding PEM
Certificate Request Type - is it a base64-encoded PKCS#10 CSR, or the certificate
request specified in RFCs 1421-1424 (as PEM is specified in the Acronyms
appendix of the spec)? According to Tim, support would not be widespread
if it is the latter.
