The Cryptsoft KMIP interop servers now support REGISTER with PRIVATE_KEY
supporting both PKCS#8 and PKCS#1 formats.

Currently no validation is performed on the format of the provided data -
whatever the client provides is simply preserved.

A number of minor regressions in the server implementation have also been resolved.

There is also a web interface to a KMIP message parser tool:
	http://interop.cryptsoft.com/~tjh/parse.cgi

If you paste in a message (hex bytes) then it will display the output in various
formats as per what is shown in the use case examples at
http://interop.cryptsoft.com/kmip_uc/
