It is implemented and supported on both the IBM and Cryptsoft interop servers;
however "Key Format Type" is not an attribute (in that it is not in the list of
Attributes in section 3) if we keep to the separation of attributes and tags as
being rather distinct concepts.

I think that all tag values are legitimate "attributes" and you should be able
to perform all attribute operations (add, modify, delete) on them and use them
in locate requests.

And another example requesting all objects in a particular State ...
