IBM KMIP interop server updated

I have updated the IBM KMIP interop server with support for some new KMIP v1.1 functionality.
The new use cases (12.2, 13.1-13.4, 14.1, 15.1, 15.2) from the v1.1 draft use cases document should be supported, but please let me know if you run into any issues.
Use Case 14.1 (Key Wrapping) currently only works with 128-bit AES keys, whereas the UC document shows 256-bit keys being used. If you want to try it out, please use some 128-bit keys, e.g. test vectors from [NISTKeyWrap].
