IBM KMIP interop server updated

All,
I have updated the IBM KMIP interop server with support for some more KMIP v1.1 functionality.
The new use cases for groups (15.1-15.2) that were already earlier advertised as working should now be supported, along with the proposed new use case presented on last week's interop call. Use Case 14.1 (Key Wrapping) still only works with 128-bit AES keys.
