Ballot to approve an additional participant is now open

Hi folks,
As requested, I have set up a Special Majority Ballot to vote on accepting an additional participant into the interop testing.
Please see  https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/kmip-interop-tech/ballot.php?id=3456  to cast your vote. Only 1 vote is to be cast per organization.
The representatives I have as eligible voters are:

* Faruqui, Faisal	Fortanix, Inc.  * Hudson, Tim	Cryptsoft Pty Ltd. * Panaia-Costa, Oreste	PrimeKey Solutions AB  * Shannon, Martin	QuintessenceLabs Pty Ltd.
The ballot shall remain open either until the approval/rejection threshold is reached or until Monday, December 9, at 23:59 UTC.
