New (late) Participant

Hi Folks,
As I mentioned on yesterday's call - our late entrant has now completed
their paperwork and you will receive a ballot notification shortly.
Please cast your votes ASAP.
Whilst everyone's vote is their own, as Interop Lead, it is my place to
ask that you please consider voting yes to allow a late participant. It
will enable a better result for the TC and our representation of an
active key management market. An additional participant will also help
us to showcase the TCs work more effectively and help the booth look far
more active. This will also add to the RSA booth budget, meaning we can
afford a few extra niceties for the booth (like squishy carpet) and
better signage/fitout etc.
