 Thanks for providing the updated references. I will consider adding the recommended ones you have provided.

 Few updates -

1. Kelley feels that as ECC-Brainpool is not a work of a standards body, we should put it under non-normative references. If the TC feels otherwise, I will move it back into Normative.

2. Given the additional work that needs to be done for move to FIPS 180-4 Secure Hash Standard, let us discuss in the meeting tomorrow about the next steps forward.
