next steps after Special Majority ballot for KMIP TC re-charter

now that the Special Majority ballot for KMIP re-chartering has passed, do you need anything from the co-chairs or TC in preparation for our first meeting (by concall) on Thursday 10-Oct at 4 pm Eastern Time (US).
