Actually it is a different issue - the names in the link section aren't quite correct and need adjusting.
The enumeration values and tag values are already defined and present (from previous drafts and in this draft too).

I believe the following is a typo

Section 11.57 Tag Enumeration

"Certificate Request DN"Â Â Â 0x4201BC

I believe this should be "Certificate Request Link" since you added that attribute without a Tag value. Â
