Other Issues with - KMIP Specification v3.0 WD12 uploaded

The following items are missing:

Tag for the newly added attributes: 

[1] Joined Split Key Link (defined in Section 4.33.8),  missing entries in Sections - 11.29 Link Type Enumeration, 11.57 Tag enumeration 

[2] Split Key Base Link (defined in Section 4.33.19), also missing entries in Sections - 11.29 Link Type Enumeration, 11.57 Tag enumeration

I believe the following is a typo

Section 11.57 Tag Enumeration

"Certificate Request DN"      0x4201BC

I believe this should be "Certificate Request Link" since you added that attribute without a Tag value.
