Dear all:

On January 24, 2006, the proxy signature profile and the symmetric
signature profile were adopted by an overwhelming majority of the TC as
additional signature profiles for ECF 3.0.

The link that is identified on the TC web page as "3.0 Committee Draft"
and which is titled "ECF 3.0 Committee Draft Announcement" does not yet
reflect the approved status of these two additional profiles. While
awaiting updating of the "3.0 Committee Draft" linked document to
reflect the addition of these two profiles, I am attaching them to this
email for the benefit of members of the TC and others who may be
considering participating in interoperability testing of ECF 3.0.

Many thanks to Nick Pope for preparing the documents from the OASIS
templates.
