[legalxml-sc] Kavi setup

MS steering committees:  I would like your input on how to set up the member sections under Kavi.  For each of the OASIS TCs, JCs, and MS SCs I will create a Kavi group  that has its own web page as well as email, scheduling, balloting, doc  repository, and action item functionality.  For the member section itself we are currently providing a web page  (legalxml.org, uddi.org, pkiforum.org), a mail list for members and a  public comment mail list. Because the member section itself doesn't have  any meetings or have action items or technical work etc. (all this is  done in the MS TCs or the MS SC) I don't anticipate needing the Kavi  functionality to support the member section. Therefore, I'm planning on  just continuing the MS web page as at present, and continue the members  and public mail lists as at present, and moving only the SC and the TCs  to Kavi.  On the rare ocassions that the entire member section does need some of  this functionality (the only thing I can think of is the annual steering  committee election) we'll set up a temporary Kavi group that will  provide this functionality.  Does anyone see any problems with this plan?  -Karl
