I understand from the minutes of the last conference call
that Patrick Gannon has asked us for:

 

1)      
a monetary cap on the consultant contract, and

2)      
a spending plan for 2005.

 

I attach a memorandum proposing how we should respond to
both requests.  It also contains a financial report that I received today
providing very helpful detail on our income and expenditures.

 

I gather from the minutes that Patrick wanted these answers
ASAP.  I am willing to hold off on these decisions until our next
conference call on November 10th if any member of the Steering
Committee so requests.  Otherwise, we may be able to reach agreement on these
issues by email.

 

I look forward to your responses.
