Here is the language of the email that I just sent to
Patrick.  



Patrick – The LegalXML Member Section Steering
Committee just voted unanimously to approve the attached MTG contract and the
proposed budget change to allocate funds for that purpose.  I attach the contract and the work plan.  You will have to accept the changes to have a
clean contract for signature.



 is not able
to begin work on the work plan until he has a signed contract, so your earliest
action to sign this document will be greatly appreciated.  Please inform me, Tom and Jim by email when
you have signed the contract.
