Eurotech confirms as an original co-author and copyright holder that
    it formally contributes the existing MQTT specification as the

        (was
        Arcom).   This email is to confirm that IBM as a co-author and
        copyright

        specification
        as the starting point for the TC to work with.  To ensure
        formalities
        are followed Eurotech as co-authors and copyright holders need
        to make
