""A conforming OBIX server MUST meet the following conditions to satisfy the Lobby Conformance Clause"" 
But ""Lobby Conformance Clause"" is not defined. Or is it just the list of conditions that follows? Then these should be distinguished under a specific Lobby Conformance Clause section, and referred to. 
Or maybe we don't really need this expression: ""Lobby Conformance Clause""?"
