Re: [obix] Groups - obix-v1_1_WD31.xsd uploaded
Wait a sec. What am I missing?
A specific tag reference can have an unbounded number of Tag
Spaces in which it's valid? Seems odd. I'd expect cardinality one,
the tagspace that defines the explicit context for the string
value.
When I say "attribute" here, I'm thinking of the context for a
string value which is the tagspace in which it's meaningful. I
don't mean "any tag space in which 'geoAddr' MIGHT be meaningful."
So I don't get the "infinite" note.

No,
you have gotten the right of it.
It
is a “funny” type of attribute, in that an obj can have an
infinite number of them.
Let
me meditate on that, as my first impulse was to make an
attribute as well.

Toby-
It
looks like you’ve defined “Ts” as a Type, analogous to Real,
Bool, etc. My understanding was that ‘ts’ was an attribute
that could be applied to <obj> elements, to identify
that they were a tag from a tag dictionary:
i.e.,
<obj
name=”tagname” ts=”tagdict”/>
not
<Ts
name=”tagname”>
Am
I misreading the xsd file?
