SCA TC Plenary Week

Dear Steering Committee

On today's call, we decided to target
the Plenary Week to the more social 3 day period of Tuesday-Thursday. That
implies something like the attached draft schedule to squeeze everything
in. Before we limit our host location options to just 3 days, can you please
take a sanity check on the attachment (or an imagined variation of it)
to ensure we're confident that we can cover what we need in 3 days.
