does it make sense to also have open source / Tuscany 
included in the agenda?  if we want to have a compliance test suite, 
it's probably a good idea to coordinate this with testing in tuscany.  
we did this in SDO earlier this year.

On today's call, we decided to target the 
Plenary Week to the more social 3 day period of Tuesday-Thursday. That implies 
something like the attached draft schedule to squeeze everything in. Before we 
limit our host location options to just 3 days, can you please take a sanity 
check on the attachment (or an imagined variation of it) to ensure we're 
confident that we can cover what we need in 3 days.
