More changes in PKI TC membership

We have had a few more changes in PKI TC membership
in the last few weeks. Two Voting Members have
decided to change to Observer status:

* Jeff Stapleton of KPMG
* Virginia Roth of Novell

I'd like to remind everyone that Observers are
free to participate in the discussions and activities
of the TC. However, they cannot vote.

Two new Prospective Members have joined:

* Steve Orrin of Sanctum, Inc.
* Paola Bassanese of the U.K. Office of the e-Envoy

Their probationary period will end just before
our March 17, 2004 meeting.
