A late comment for the review:

 

It is necessary to describe the context in which the templates are defined better. The intention was to use the Capabilities to do this, but they are not part of the first review package. Why? They are essential in order to understand which template to use for e.g. activity templates, where there are several similar templates containing very similar constructs, but with small differences depending on the context. Properties are another such case where Capabilities are needed, as well as states. And there are probably many more.
