Some annotation and questions in the attached.
I support many of Tim Turner's comments too but not the one that implies
that a OASIS DEX Specification will always be more generic than a Business
Exchange Specification - there is nothing to stop the OASIS PLCS TC
publishing a B-E-S as an OASIS DEX Spec without change - if there is
sufficient support for that amongst the community.
