On 456 the graphic needs to be regenerated to reflect change
in the XSD (see version 18).

[DJR] Done

Globally we are still missing the DSML namespace in the XML
snippets.

[DJR] Done

Globally the case is still wrong for SPML requests
(AddRequest instead of addRequest).

[DJR] Done

On 461 name=value pairs should be name=(multi)value pairs

[DJR] Done

Globally SPML:1.0 should be replaced by SPML:1:0 in the XML
snippets.

[DJR] Done

On 542 the is no actual <SpmlResponse> element. There
is an SpmlResponse definition, but the element is allways one of the concrete
responses (e.g. batchResponse, addResponse).

[DJR] Corrected

On 564 malFormedRequest should be malformedRequest.

[DJR] Corrected

On 576 the gererated schema diagram shows the attributes
element as 0-N. It should be 0-1. This was probably generated when there was a
mistake in the XSD. This problem probably exists in other places as well.

[DJR] Updated

On 654 "issues its" should be "issues
it".

[DJR] Re worded

On 692 nosuchRequest should be noSuchRequest and
couldnotcancel should be couldNotCancel.

[DJR] Corrected

On 701 the request ID is not compliant as an xsd:ID type
because it starts with a number.

[DJR] Fixed

On 803 "Service Object Definition" should be
"Service Object Class Definition".

[DJR] Done & updated index

On 818 interiopUser should be interopUser.

[DJR] Fixed

In section 7.7.1 we need test indicating that if no schema
ID is passed, all schemas are returned.

[DJR] Added the following text “The
specififc schema for retrieval is identified using the <providerIdentifier> and <schemaIdentifier> elements.  Note
if no <schemaIdentifier>
element is provided the PSP will return all schema definitions visable by the
requesting party.”

On 949 the attr element has been replaces (see version 18 of
the XSD).

[DJR] Changed to IdentifierAttributes
