No RAWS meeting today

Team,

We will not have our RAWS sub-team meeting today as we are in wait mode
on the initial proposal.

Since our charter has been extended by Lisa to include definition of
Service and ServiceBinding, Sanjay has offered to make an initial
proposal for these two definitions. We are also in wait mode on that
proposal as well.

I am hoping to get a proposal from Sanjay this week for discussion a
week from today.

PS: Sanjay, if you are not on the RAWS list please add your self and let
me know that you are on the list.
