RE: Issue: are <optional>, <oneOrMore>, <zeroOrMore> verbose?

You can already say:

<optional>
  <attribute name="foo"/>
  <attribute name="bar"/>
</optional>

but it means you can have either both foo and bar or nothing, just as if 
you used <element/> instead of attribute.
