[relax-ng] Paper on the design of RELAX NG

I am giving a presentation on RELAX NG at XML 2001 in Orlando in December.
They required a paper to be submitted.  Since we already have a tutorial
and
specification, I wrote a paper giving my perspective on the design of RELAX
NG.  Here's what I have submitted:

Your paper is a masterpiece!

Fortunately for me it solves all my own questions - since I'd voluteered
to give a half-day tutorial on the Sunday on using RELAX.

I'm planning to show people as much hands-on stuff as possible.
