election of TC chair

I have seen one nomination for chair of the OASIS RELAX NG TC, Makoto 
Murata.

As I announced a week ago, the nomination period ended last night, so I 
have now opened a ballot for the chair election. A ballot notice should 
have been automatically sent to those TC members on the TC's roster; 
only TC members are eligible to vote. Please vote whether to accept 
Makoto as the new TC chair. The ballot closes end of day ET on 27 July.
