Sorry for confusion.
Seeing I'm such a fan of DTDs I should have recognized the notation
(FAMILY given).
If OASIS is happy with re-doing the charter first then I'm
not going to quibble at this point.
They are super keen to get everyone on the new IPR - so I guess we
have to take our opportunities when they are offered to us ; -)
