Thanks for the pointer. This spec layers WS-Addressing and
WS-MetadataExchange on top of Liberty ID-FF and WS-Fed to provide
dynamic discovery of protocol support. The interesting part, I think,
is the algorithm applied to client requests to discover the IdP
endpoint location to query.
