Hey Will, nice paper!  The authors concentrate on WSS SAML Token
Profile so any detailed discussion belongs in wss-dev, I think.  For
me, the take-home lesson is one signed assertion for each link in the
delegation chain.  I'll bet this can be applied to the browser
profiles...
