        The scribe had noted (incorrectly) 'Laurence: adds, that the target architecture e.g. where the rule was in some run not tested against, could not be purported - issues to track this will be added' instead of (as intended and corrected) 'Laurence: adds, that the SARIF result.level property supports two additional values: "notApplicable" (used, for example, when a rule that applies only to 64-bit binaries is run against a 32-bit binary), and "note" (used when the result is simply an observation about the code, and does not represent a problem).' (kudos for Laurence spotting and correcting this). - sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
