Suggested fixed time slot as before 16:30-18:30 UTC (09:30-11:30 PDT), details:
  
October  11 16:30-18:30 UTC (13/13), alternatives slots reached 11 and 11 resp. of 13
October  25 16:30-18:30 UTC (12/13), alternatives slots reached 10 and 11 resp. of 13 
November 08 16:30-18:30 UTC (12/13), alternatives slots reached 11 and 12 resp. of 13
November 29 16:30-18:30 UTC (10/13), alternatives slots reached  9 and 10 resp. of 13
December 13 16:30-18:30 UTC (11/13), alternatives slots reached 10 and 11 resp. of 13

Short before the meeting #3 the doodle harvest thus shows:

1) all suggested dates "work" for:
  at least 10/13 even at one "global" time

2) the suggested fixed time slot is:
   16:30-18:30 UTC (09:30-11:30 PDT) as before.

Thus I suggest to always meet at 16:30-18:30 UTC (09:30-11:30 PDT) and at the proposed dates:

November 29
December 13
January 10
