Change draft for issue #82: result.id

I pushed a change draft for Issue #82, which we agreed to in TC #9 (the face-to-face meeting):

The main change is the addition of section 3.17.2, result.id property. I also corrected a typo in Section 3.17.3, result.rule property.

 

I’ll move to adopt this change at the next TC meeting.
