Change draft for #232: "Why is the 'results' array required?"

I pushed a change draft for 
Issue #232, “Why is the 'results' array required?”:

The change is confined to 3.11.18, “results property” (which I screen-shotted rather than copy/pasted because you can’t copy/past change bars):

 

 

We will move its adoption at TC #24 on Wednesday, September 26th.
