UPDATED change draft for #235: External file schema

I pushed an UPDATE to the change draft for 
Issue #235, “Wrap externalized files with contextual information”:

This version incorporates the changes we discussed at the TC, in addition to a couple of requests that Jim asked for in comments in the issue.

 

In this version of the draft, I accepted the changes I proposed at TC #23, and then change-barred just the differences between what I proposed and what we agreed on.

 

Jim, please take a look and see if I captured your input
re “specific property value name” and “property bag”.

 

We will move its adoption at TC #24 on Wednesday, September 26th.
