RE: Issue #268: Request for comment

Hearing no feedback on this issue, I started to write the change draft.

 

But now I wonder whether, rather than having a single Boolean property “useful”, we should instead have a pair of integer-valued properties
usefulCount and 
notUsefulCount to allow for up-votes and down-votes.
