Status of e-ballot #3

Here is the up-to-the-minute status of e-ballot #3. This is the ballot that will open this coming Friday. The currently open ballot is #2.

 

The following issues will be on the ballot. There are change drafts available for all of them, and they are all
merged into the provisional draft:

 

Issue #179: Introduce toolComponent/driver/extensions (e-ballot: review change draft; design change was previously approved)

Issue #336: toolComponent property changes (e-ballot: review change draft. I have no idea if we pre-approved these individual property changes) (combined change draft with #179)
